All checks are made out to Smashing Aces Tennis for clinics, leagues, lessons etc.
Checks are made out to the business of Smashing Aces Tennis since we contract with Germantown Parks and Recreation to provide tennis services and manage the courts.

• Please email us at info@refreshinglyfree.com to let us know you want to use our facilities as your home courts before or after registering your team with USTA.
• Please collect court fees from your team and submit one check for the entire team within a week of the first USTA match - currently $20/player.
• Checks can be made out to Smashing Aces Tennis and dropped off or mailed to the Pro Shop:

You can have that player or captain drop the payment off at the pro shop or mail it to the address above - just please write the name of the team on the Memo section so we make sure it is credited correctly.

2.5 Teams - use Germantown Municipal Courts (since only 3 courts are needed)

3.0 - 4.5 Teams- can use either facility:
Germantown Municipal - must play split courts (3 courts and lsat 2 courts as others finish)
Co Franklin courts - can play all 5 courts at once

However, 55+ teams only use 3 courts so they can use Municipal courts as well.

Houston High School courts can potentially be used but would also require split courts since there are only 4 courts available.
